Ov9 Terms and Conditions — Official Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by ov9, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the ov9 Privacy Policy, and all other guidelines and policies published from time to time. These Terms are fully effective from the date you first access the platform.

Ov9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the ov9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban list of any relevant authority.
• Act on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Play using personally owned funds obtained lawfully, not borrowed or illegally acquired money.
• Be aware that gaming activities carry the risk of financial loss.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on ov9. Registration of multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Any balances and bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Ov9 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit valid identification documents including a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or other supporting documents during the verification process. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is fully completed.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, current, and complete. ov9 reserves the right to verify this information at any time, and providing false information may result in account closure without compensation.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

3.1 Deposit

All deposits into your ov9 account must be made through the payment methods listed on the platform. ov9 supports FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay digital wallets, as well as other approved local payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the platform's Deposit page.
• Ov9 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered under the same ov9 account name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours once identity verification is completed. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for your original deposit. ov9 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a security measure.

• The minimum withdrawal amount and daily limits are as stated in the platform's Deposit section.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Ov9 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

4Game Rules

4.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the ov9 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair. The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is transparently displayed within the respective game information.

4.2 Game Results

The results of all games are final once a round or game session has ended. ov9 will not alter or void any game result recorded in the system, except in cases of demonstrable technical failure. In the event of a dispute, ov9's server game logs will be considered the authoritative and final record.

4.3 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption, internet disconnection, or system failure during a gaming session, ov9 will make every effort to restore the session. However, ov9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, including connectivity issues on the player's end.

4.4 Prohibition of Automated Tools

The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that enables gameplay without human intervention is strictly prohibited. ov9 employs advanced detection systems to identify the use of such tools, and any account found to be in violation of this rule will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.

5Bonus & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by ov9 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus may be withdrawn. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• Ov9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• Abuse of promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Wagering requirements and minimum bet limits during bonus use are as stated in the relevant promotion terms. ov9 reserves the right to determine which games are eligible for use with bonus funds.

6User Conduct

6.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the ov9 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate games, or act with malicious intent toward the platform or other users is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the ov9 platform:

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.

7Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Use of multiple accounts or attempts to abuse bonuses.

7.2 Closure by User

You may close your ov9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited, and any valid cash balance will be returned to you via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ov9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Damage to your device resulting from downloading or using the ov9 app.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party technical issues.

Ov9's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.

10.2 Language

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any translated version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall take precedence and be considered final in all matters.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
