Eligibility Requirements to Register

Before registering an ov9 account, please ensure you meet the following eligibility requirements. These are standard conditions imposed by all licensed and responsible gaming platforms:

• At least 18 years of age — ov9 enforces a strict policy on underage protection and age verification is carried out during the KYC process.
• Malaysian citizen or resident that is valid with an active Malaysian phone number for account verification.
• A valid email address that is accessible — used for account verification, transaction notifications and important communications from ov9.
• One account per individual only — ov9 does not allow multiple account registrations per user. Violations may result in account suspension.
• Accurate and valid personal information — your full name, IC number and bank details must match during the KYC verification process to enable withdrawal processing.

ov9 Account Security — What We Guarantee

Member trust is ov9's most valuable asset. That's why we continuously invest in digital security infrastructure that meets international standards. Here are the security guarantees you receive as an ov9 member:

• 256-bit SSL data encryption on all pages, including login, deposits and withdrawals — the same security standard used by leading banking institutions.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all accounts — enable it through your account settings for an additional security layer that prevents unauthorised access.
• Account activity monitoring in real time — the ov9 system detects suspicious login patterns and notifies you immediately if any unusual activity is detected.
• Strict privacy policy — your personal information is not shared with any third party without your consent, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act.

Beyond technical safeguards, ov9 is also committed to fair play. All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent auditing bodies, ensuring every game outcome is genuine and cannot be manipulated by anyone — including ov9 itself.
